There was a discussion about it on pdatotaal.info. But since I get a NIET-LID warning I couldn't post a comment...
There exist a macro for exporting from Safeplace: http://www.georgkaiser.de/pages/down.htm
It is called SafePlace Export Macro
It's in german so here is what you need to do:
1. Open SPEXPORT.OPL
2. Edit all pathes!! As default it is always C:/System...
3. Find out, how many entries your Safeplace File has. Then edit the line datensaetze%= with the number of entries you have.
4. Open Psions Excel and create a new file.
5. Make a backup of your Safeplace file which is placed in System/Safeplace/. The important file is e.g. passwords.dat. (This step is important because this macro sets all entries to GENERAL)
6. Start Safeplace and deactivate "Password Spot Check" in Options.
7. Run the macro.
If there are any questions do not wait to ask me
Greets, Jonas
P.S. Kees, you might post this answer @ pdatotaal?

Jonas noemt excel maar ik neem aan dat hij de simpele revodatabase bedoelt. Of anders Sheet?
I meant Psion's Sheet. Just forgot the name
You can export those passwords to many other formats via 2ConnectU
And thanks for the replies |

I have been trying export records from SafePlace using SPEXPORT.OPL. I have edited the path where SafePlace is installed (ie drive D: but left the path to clipboard location on c: where it is located.
After translating the above OPL file and then running it I get the following error
| Quote: | Information
Error in SPEXPORT\MAIN,FGAPP%
Procedure not found
|
I have tried this on both Psion 5 and Psion 7 and get problem on both machines.
Help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Jonas,
Thank you for responding. I am sorry but I am not sure exactly what you are asking. Are you stating that I should be using the SPEXPORT.OPL without running Macro5? If so, the problem occurs whether or not Macro5 is running.

You need to start the SFEXPORT.opo with Macro5!
To do this, start Macro5, select a free slot, press Enter, choose Macro and select the OPO File.
To start it, press your Macro5 Hotkey so the panels come to the foreground and start your new created slot. This should work then.
If you open the OPO File over the usual file manager from EPOC, this error will come.
Good Luck, Jonas |

Jonas,
Thank you for the reply. With Macro5 it worked without further problem.
