Helo,
I'm trying to make 4 partitions on a 1GB CF, following the steps described here [url]http://www.pscience5.net/CFPartition.htm[/url].
The problem is: it's necessary to boot from the CF using a (USB-)cardreader, but my laptop can't boot from USB. It's a Compaq Armada M700 PIII 1000MHz.
Can anyone help?

Hi Bas,
I think that it might also be possible to boot from the PCMCIA slot (i.e. use a PCMCIA/PC Card adapter) - depends on the BIOS in your laptop. The Armada 700 is a relatively old machine with a fairly simple BIOS IIRC - so may not work...
