Problem with installing plFEP(when previously installed)

Hi, I have the problem with installing plFEP which I had used until time for testing elapsed.
Now registration is free but I don't how to do it. At first I remove old instalation, then then reset Psion and start installation process.
I can see icon plFEPC on Control Panel but how can I register it? After click on icon Psion restart only ...
