DOS on Psion 5mxwondering if its possible to load DOS on psion 5mx,. as there are a couple of useful programs im hoping to run on the psion...can someone help me out. i think there is something called XTM but it is not free,. and too expensive?? thank you twigdip |

Yes it is possible, because DOS need 680KB working space and you Psion have lotts more.
I'm still searching for the program. |

XTMI use XTM for this. It's a full PC emulator for the Psion. It allows you to install DOS 6.22 onto it.Check it out here: http://www.nb-info.co.uk/xtminfo.htm I find it really good but it does have its limitations, the website has all the information anyway. Good luck. |

XTM is not free. You can use it for 1 month. After that: delete the xtm.ini file (I don't use XTM anymore, but I think it's located here: C:\system\apps\XTM\) and you can use it for another month. |
