IMPORTANT!IMPORTANT: many things I said above are wrong!
*The trick with charging-resetting-fast charging for 1h50min doesn't make any difference! After some more tests I found out that the capacity remains 9 hours in real world circumstances. Whatever way you charge the revo for the first time and maybe also whatever kind of batteries you use.
*The battery management upgrade didn't make the charging more stable. Maybe this upgrade is only for the first generation revos and not the revo+ I use.
So: I still searching for the app to increase the revo battery capacity!
