Email problemHello,
I hope somebody can help me with the following problem. When I want to download Email with my Psion 5MX I get the following error.
Program: MsvServer
Code : USER
Number: 21
Server stopped
I use (the dutch) EPOC E-mailprogramma - Versie 2.00(518). I don't have a clue what to do.
Please help.

At what point does the program crash like this? When you run it - or when you're trying to do something specific (connect, etc.)?

Email problemHi Martin.
The program crashes during the download of the message headers. I use my Nokia phone for the connection to my provider. This works well. I can use a webbrowser and so on.
Is this sufficient info?

Hello Arco,
Did you install the TPC/Ip update.
Try to use Sink2 by Hans Lub.
OPL error 21 says 'Font not loaded'
If the problem exist try a hard reset
Now in Dutch.
Als je toestel altijd goed gewerkt heeft en nu in een keer met code 21 opkomt lijkt het mij dat er software beschadigd is.
Probeer een hard reset, eerst een backup maken.
Dan alle stroom bronnen er uit, dus ook je BackUp batterij.
Laat je 5MX even liggen dan de stoom bronnen er weer op en je bestanden handmatig terug zetten.

I did install the software and tried it but it didn't help. Of course future internet problems are avoided now. Thanks for the info.
I noticed that it's mentioned that the machines did freeze after the error but my psion does not freeze. I get the error message and the only option I get after that, is to close the application by clicking ok and the connection with the phone and the provider is closed as well. The machine keeps on working fine. I noticed that the faillure exists only with mail I receive from certain suppliers as Pixmania. After removeing this via the webbrowser on my PC I was able to receive all the mail form the mailbox. It looks like a HTML problem. Any ideas?
