I just downloaded it from http://www.psionteklogix.com/teknet/pdk/netpad-pdk/epoc_downloads.htm

I downloaded the Symbian OS V5 SDK for Java - the emulator was there.

However, apparently it's not very good at running third party software (so now I'm carrying around a Psion Netbook AND a Advent 4211 'netbook').  Guess which one will end up getting left at home first Wink
